Information We Collect

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process orders — fulfill purchases, manage shipping, and handle returns
• Communicate with you — send order confirmations, shipping updates, and respond to inquiries
• Improve our services — analyze usage patterns to enhance user experience
• Marketing — send promotional emails (you can opt out anytime)
• Legal compliance — comply with applicable laws and regulations

SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in to receive text messages from BioCollex — by checking the SMS consent box on one of our sign-up forms or otherwise providing your mobile number for this purpose — you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages (such as promotions, cart reminders, and order updates) at the number provided. You must be at least 21 years of age to opt in.

How we collect and maintain consent: We obtain your prior express written consent through an opt-in checkbox that is not checked by default on our sign-up forms — you must actively check the box and submit your mobile number. The consent language and a link to this Privacy Policy and our Terms appear next to that checkbox. We keep a record of each opt-in, and you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent (including your phone number obtained for text messaging) are never sold, rented, or shared with any third parties. All other categories of personal information may be shared only as described in the “Information Sharing” section below, and text-messaging opt-in data is expressly excluded from that sharing.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data with:

• Service providers — payment processors, shipping carriers, and email services that help us operate our business
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect our rights
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

As stated above, mobile opt-in information collected for SMS/text messaging is excluded from all sharing and is never provided to third parties or affiliates.
